Alan and Nadine Buttery are bringing a new dimension in shopping to the Limerick Milk Market. Unit Q is now the home of an innovative new shop, which stocks Art, craft perfume aromatherapy, all produced from 100 mile radius. All products have been carefully chosen to bring unique style and beauty, locally made at affordable prices. This means, when you buy anything from Out of the Blue, you are getting unique products and supporting local jobs 100%.
The future intention for Out of the Blue, is to continually work with local artists, to produce what the market seeks, while at the same time supporting them, through network, communication with the wider global markets. This innovative shop will act as a retail space with a strong community aspect.
In conjunction with the retail aspect, Out of the Blue, will also play home to “Limerick Tai Chi” Nadine Buttery, has been teaching Tai Chi, Qi Gung and Meditation, in Limerick to adults of all abilities and many with special needs. For the past year, she has been teaching in the Market on Sunday’s. From September 2013, Nadine will be offering more classes, in the unique space of the Milk Market during the week days. These classes will be designed to suit specific groups such as local youth, people with learning disabilities, mature adults and of coarse the general public, who wish to take some time out for themselves.

Has been creating beautiful work in Limerick for over 20 years. He is a trained carpenter, but this is only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to his list of skills. Out of the Blue was totally designed and created by his own hand and creative mind. He took on the difficult task of creating a shop unit, with light energy and fun, using almost all reclaimed materials. Alan also makes wonderful craft, which will be available in Out of the Blue. Stone Easter island heads, fire bowls, Wooden bowls and more.
